The steering committee is pleased to announce you that we will host the 21st Annual Meeting of the Society of Evolutionary Studies, Japan, for August 7th-10th, 2019, in Hokkaido University in Sapporo. The Society is composed of >1200 researchers and students with a wide variety of study backgrounds, including natural and medical science, agriculture and cultural science.
In this meeting, we set a main theme “Contemporary Eco-Evo-Gen Interactions” aiming to have many fruitful and transdisciplinary discussions not only on evolution per se, but also on ecology, genetics, bioinformatics and more through plenary sessions, symposia, talk & poster sessions and independent courses for young scientists and public. Several English sessions are planned in the meeting including a plenary session on the 8th and symposiums for the 7th-9th.
